Under her leadership, La Cocina Latina has been recognized as one of the top Latin American restaurants in the DC area, celebrated for its authentic flavors and innovative twists on traditional dishes. Maria is committed to sourcing locally and sustainably, often collaborating with farmers and artisans to ensure her menus reflect the freshest seasonal ingredients.
